· Prepare, label, and dispense prescribed medications under supervision of doctor.

· Check prescription accuracy (drug name, dosage, and quantity) before dispensing.

· Provide patients with basic medication instructions and usage advice (as guided by doctor).

· Assist in maintaining stock of medicines, consumables, and medical supplies.

· Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and ensure proper storage of all medications.

· Conduct regular stock counts and prepare replenishment requests.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area.

· Support the doctor during patient counselling if needed.

· Record all medication transactions accurately in the system or logbook.

· Assist in managing purchase orders and supplier invoices.

· Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs and relevant Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines.

· Handle patient billing, payment, and receipts related to medication.

· Keep patient information confidential at all times.

· Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic area at all times.

· Participate in staff training and clinic improvement activities.

· Report any discrepancy, damaged stock, or safety issue promptly.

· Assist with general clinic duties when required.

· Uphold high standards of hygiene and professionalism at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
