System & Network Management

• Monitor and maintain the resort's IT infrastructure including servers, network, Wi-Fi systems, CCTV and access control systems.
• Ensure stable internet connectivity throughout all departments and guest areas.
• Perform routine system backups, updates and performance checks.

Hardware & Software Support

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, POS systems, PMS/booking systems and other IT-related devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and peripheral issues for staff users.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and accessories.

User Support & Training

• Provide technical assistance to all resort departments (Front Office, F&B, Accounts, HR, etc.).
• Train staff on proper use of systems, software applications and IT security practices.

Security & Data Protection

• Ensure system security through access control, anti-virus protection and firewall monitoring.
• Conduct regular data backup procedures and disaster recovery planning.
• Maintain confidentiality of user data and system information.

Vendor & System Coordination

• Liaise with external IT vendors for system updates, troubleshooting, maintenance contracts and system upgrades.
• Assist in evaluating new technology or system improvements to support operational efficiency.
