Job Title: Senior Baker

About Us:

Superfluous Coffee and Bakery is a growing café dedicated to crafting high-quality baked goods and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Baker to join our team and lead our bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
• Develop new recipes and menu items, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Supervise and mentor junior bakery staff.
• Maintain inventory, order ingredients, and manage supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor production schedules to meet demand efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of baking experience.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Experience in menu development and recipe creation.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
