Job Description 职位描述:

  • To assist senior monitor daily sales bank in status with all branch 协助高层监督各分行的日常银行销售状况。
  • To assist senior generate all the bank in information inside system 协助高层生成系统内所有的银行信息。
  • To Dispatch, courier & received & distribute the week document between HQ and branch. 在总部和分行之间发送、邮寄、接收和分发文件。
  • To assist senior to prepare monthly sales report, and complete the report by before deadline. Report including: 协助高层准备月季销售报告,并在截止日期前完成报告。 报告内容包括:
  • To assist senior run & generate all the membership code inside system to make sure the correct code allocated to correct branch. 协助高层在系统内运行并生成所有会员代码,以确保正确的代码分配到正确的分行。
  • To assist senior run & generate all the Voucher code inside system to make sure all the voucher code allocated to correct branch. 协助高层在系统内运行和生成所有优惠券代码,以确保所有优惠券代码分配到正确的分行。
  • To assist senior complete the document transaction onto system such as Stock in acknowledge (Consignment), return note (consignment), stock conversion note (consignment). 协助高层在系统内完成交易文件,例如库存确认(寄售)、退货单(寄售)、库存转换单(寄售)等。
  • To assist senior proceed the local purchase order. 协助高层处理本地采购订单。
  • To assist senior Compound and filing all the hardcopy document. 协助高层整合并归档所有的纸质文件。

Requirement 要求:

Key Responsibilities 主要职责:

Document Management & Filing 文件管理与归档

  • Assist in filing, organizing, and maintaining merchandising documents. 协助归档、整理并维护商品部相关文件。

  • Ensure records are updated systematically for easy access. 确保资料系统化更新,便于随时查阅。

Purchase Preparation Support 采购准备支持

  • Assist in checking and verifying details of product purchase details. 协助核对和确认产品采购相关细节。
