The Job:

  1. Partnership Development Support

  2. Assist in researching potential educational and community partners.

  3. Support initial outreach efforts via email, social media, or phone calls.

  4. Help maintain partnership records and contact lists.

  5. Event Coordination

  6. Assist in planning and executing educational events, workshops, and community engagement activities.

  7. Help with event logistics such as setup, registration, material preparation, and on-site coordination.

  8. Capture feedback and assist in post-event reporting.

  9. Educational Programme Assistance

  10. Help prepare educational resources and onboarding materials.

  11. Support programme rollouts by assisting with communication and follow-ups with participants.

  12. Maintain up-to-date records of educational programme participation.

  13. Creative Content Assistance

  14. Contribute ideas and assist in creating social media posts, scripts, and basic editing tasks.

  15. Help monitor and report on social media engagement related to education and partnership activities.
Requirements

The Person:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify insights and trends from data.
  • Shows initiative, a willingness to take on new challenges, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
