About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at One International Exhibition Sdn Bhd. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and impactful designs for our various exhibitions and events. This is a full-time position based in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the creation and development of event-related designs, including floor plans, signage, promotional materials, digital assets, videos and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually engaging designs
  • Ensuring all designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines and visual identity
  • Prepare final design files for print and digital production
  • Collaborate with the production team and external vendors to ensure accurate execution and delivery of design elements within project timelines.
  • Support in coordinating design-related operations and provide on-site assistance during the events

What we're looking for

  • A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design role, preferably within the advertising, arts, media and event industry
  • Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills, with the ability to develop visually and logically appealing designs
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers/customers
