Responsibilities:

1.Quality Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Assist in evaluating quality management processes for compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

2.Data Management & Quality Assurance

  • Help maintain and monitor ISQM-related data systems to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in coordinating with internal teams to implement quality initiatives.

3.Ad-hoc Projects

  • Contribute to ad-hoc assignments and projects related to quality management and continuous improvement as required.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in learning Excel-based automation tools (e.g. Power Query, macros) is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to learning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative under guidance.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to maintaining audit quality and applying professional skepticism.
