A leading multinational organization in the global professional services industry is seeking a Regional FP&A Manager to join their dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy across the region.

Your new role

As the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership. You will partner closely with business leaders to enhance financial performance and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead preparation of monthly financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.
  • Deliver variance analysis and performance insights for management and board reporting.
  • Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Ensure integrity of financial data, including balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Drive compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualifications: Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, CIMA) and a relevant bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in finance or accounting, with strong FP&A exposure.
  • Skills:
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
