We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a
Junior Sales Associate
. In this role, you'll represent our brand directly to customers, build strong connections, and deliver engaging product presentations to drive sales and brand awareness. You'll be the face of the company — creating memorable experiences and helping customers discover our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through direct, face-to-face interactions at various locations (roadshows, events, retail spaces, or door-to-door campaigns).
- Promote and present products or services in a compelling and professional manner.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, energetic, and results-driven personality.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work on-site, travel, or attend outdoor events as required.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
