Key Responsibilities:

  • Help maintain and enhance the company's brand identity and messaging.
  • Assist in supervising and mentoring junior marketing staff or interns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial support role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, Canva, Adobe Ilustrator).
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
