Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Advisor located in Seremban. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer-focused service by assisting clients with their vehicle service needs. Daily tasks include coordinating aftersales services, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing communications between customers and the service team, and facilitating smooth service processes. The Service Advisor will act as a liaison between the company and customers, ensuring their needs are effectively met.

Qualifications

  • Customer-focused skills including Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and building strong client relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge or experience in aftersales services and processes is an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and collaborate with a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the automotive industry is an added advantage
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; further education in automotive or customer service is preferred
