We work closely with top-tier PCB factories and global customers in the USA, Europe, and Asia to deliver reliable, high-quality PCB solutions.

We are expanding our Penang team and seeking a PCB Application Engineer who can bridge technical discussions between our overseas customers and factory engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team to handle and respond to all customer technical enquiries and Engineering Questions (EQ).
  • Attend and present during conference calls with overseas customers to introduce factory capabilities and technical strengths.
  • Coordinate closely with factory engineering teams to evaluate design feasibility and ensure manufacturability.
  • Work with OEM customer design and R&D teams during new product development—review stack-up, impedance, and materials in line with factory capabilities.
  • Provide technical support, feedback, and improvement suggestions to optimize design and production yield.
  • Prepare and maintain technical presentation materials and factory capability profiles for customer discussions.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
  • 2–5 years of working experience in PCB manufacturing, PCB design, or related technical support functions.
  • Strong technical understanding of PCB processes (stack-up, impedance control, DFM, surface finish, etc.).
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English (for global customers).
  • Able to communicate effectively with factory engineering teams in Chinese.
  • Familiar with PCB software tools such as CAM350, Genesis, Altium or Orcad Designer will be an added advantage.
  • Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented team player.
