ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide hands-on technical support during your assigned shift to ensure continuous production and high-quality output. To upkeep & maintain tools & equipment in methodology lab. To perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair automated and manual equipment, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize performance, minimize downtime, and support process improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Equipment

  1. ‎To ensure machine are in good working condition.

  2. To make repair if machine cannot operate.

  3. To modify machine for quality and productivity.

  4. To perform maintenance per maintenance schedule, project upgrading and modifications as and when required.

  5. To suggest on improvement activities/action to ensure equipment operational efficiency.

  6. Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.

Quality Assurance

  1. Review all tests results of the FAI and PPAP and dispose report as Accept or Reject.

  2. Responsible to perform checking and ledco on production artworks

  3. Responsible to approve newly released artwork

  4. Responsible to set up measurement program and measure outgoing parts against Certificate of Conformance.

  5. Responsible to collect and measure samples for CPK study whenever necessary.

  6. Responsible to perform solder float test and prepare cross section samples for First Article Package.

  7. Responsible to handle MRB. To track and dispose the MRB parts by conducting appropriate MRB review meetings.

  8. To generate all relevant reports on MRB and scrap costs.

  9. Responsible to prepare and review all documents and test reports for PPAP submission.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Cert / Diploma in any engineering discipline.

  2. Working experience in Manufacturing Industry preferred but fresh graduates will also be considered.

  3. Must be able to work on 12 hours rotating shift.

  4. Willing to support ad-hoc issues during odd hours & weekends.
