Your contributions will shape advanced AI technology for financial solutions.About the RoleAs aMystery Caller,your task is to make phone calls to banks in Malaysia, speaking inMandarinas a genuine customer.You will be provided with specific call scenarios or objectives (for example, inquiring about credit cards, savings accounts, or online banking features). Your role is to follow the general topic guide and naturally navigate the conversation with the bank's representative, just like any customer would.The goal is to record authentic, real-worldMandarinbanking conversations, which will later be anonymised to redact personally identifiable information and used for the sole purpose of improving AI models in the financial services industry.If you have experience with phone etiquette, speakMandarinfluently, and are confident interacting with customer service, this is your opportunity to accelerate localized AI solutions.DeliverablesResponsibilitiesMake phone calls to banks in Mandarin (Malaysian Chinese accent)Follow assigned call objectives or scenarios while maintaining a natural tone (the more realistic, the better the AI will be trained)Record clear, high-quality audio of each call (5-20 minutes per recording)Upload the audio to the folder that we have shared in the link belowMaintain privacy and confidentiality about this project and sensitive information you have access toQualificationsRequirementsNative or fluent Mandarin speakerCitizen of and residing in MalaysiaConfident handling phone conversations in the service languageAccess to a quiet environment with a reliable internet connectionLaptop or smartphone with a good microphone quality for recording.
