QC (Auditor)

• To inspect finished goods' quality and ensure all products conformed to the required standard and specification. Feedback to Production Department and Finished Products Department on defects detected.
• To reject defective bottles on the lehr.
• Liaise with his superior and/or Shift Managers to determine acceptability of products produced.
• Issue Yellow memo/Red memo to departments concern regarding bottle defects.
• Prepare hourly report on quality and carryout lehr end sampling.
• Feedback to the Quality Control Supervisor on major and critical defects found during sampling.
• Consult Quality Control Foreman regarding standard packing production recording, quality standard etc.
• Ensure that the testing gauges/equipment are used correctly at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper arrangement of finished goods during production.
• Maintain safe working environment and ensure that rules and regulations as laid down from time to time are being followed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
