Responsibilities:

Responsible for merchandising and promoting assigned products at the retail level. This role ensures day-to-day operational activities meet company standards while supporting Supervisors by contributing to the improvement of business processes.

• Merchandise assigned products effectively at retail outlets in accordance with company guidelines.

• Promote products by engaging with consumers and educating them on product features and benefits.

• Manage daily operational tasks to ensure smooth execution of merchandising and promotional activities.

• Assist Supervisors in identifying opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

• Monitor stock levels, shelf presentation, and compliance with planograms and promotional materials.

• Provide feedback and report on in-store conditions, competitor activities, and consumer insights.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business growth initiatives.

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A basic school certificate.

• Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role.

• Willing to relocate to the job location.
