The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Job Description:

  • Maintain close relationships with existing customers and consistently drive sales volume.
  • Identify new markets, potential customers, and business opportunities to expand the company's footprint.
  • Visit customer sites to understand project needs and propose suitable products and solutions.
  • Prepare quotations and pricing proposals aligned with project requirements and company guidelines.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and project progress.
  • Monitor outstanding collections and work closely with customers to ensure timely payment.
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to the Department Head for review.
  • Work with the Superior and Director on load-order preparation and customer planning.
  • Handle and escalate customer issues to the Sales Coordinator for investigation and resolution.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business Admin, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Experience in sales of construction or industrial product will be an added advantage.
  • Confident, proactive, and able to work independently with strong follow-up skills.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Pu Tong Hua to communicate effectively with Pu Tong Hua-speaking customers.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license.
  • Able to travel and work outstation when required.
