Job Description

Szindore is a fast-growing Malaysian brand known for its traditional fragrance craftsmanship that combine with modern ideas. We're on the lookout for a dynamic and confident Live Host cum Content Creator to connect with our audience through real-time livestream sessions on platforms like TikTok, Shopee Live, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Host regular live shows in Malay on social platforms and e-commerce apps to showcase our products.
  2. Present content in a confident, engaging, and high-energy manner that captivates viewers.
  3. Interact with viewers in real time by responding to comments and questions.
  4. Promote Szindore's products, special deals, and events during the live stream to drive sales and engagement.
  5. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to plan content, promotions, and timing.
  6. Encourage audience interaction through likes, shares, comments, and purchases.
  7. Stay up-to-date with live selling trends and content formats to keep shows relevant and exciting.
  8. Analyze live show performance and suggest improvements to increase reach and conversions.

Job Requirement:

  1. Fluent in Malay (spoken and written) – as all live sessions will be conducted in Malay.
  2. English and mandarin speaker are great advantage besides fluent in Malay.
  3. Confident on camera with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Energetic, fun, and able to engage with a live audience.
  5. Comfortable speaking spontaneously and thinking on your feet.
  6. Basic knowledge of TikTok, Shopee Live, or similar live-streaming platforms.
  7. Strong interest in sales, marketing, or content creation.
  8. Experience in hosting, emceeing, live streaming, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
  9. Able to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when needed.
