  1. Responsible for direction and supervise the daily activities of production in a safe, efficient and high volume, quality manufacturing.

  2. Develop and implement actions items to meet production schedules goals and company objectives.

  3. Communicate pertinent information regarding production, quality or personnel issues and coordination to achieve team members and daily target plan.

  4. Coordinate cycle-time, manufacturing project.

  5. Ensure the production lines achieve optimum production capacity including manpower arrangement.

  6. Review update, organize and delegate daily tasks to respective line leader and operators.

  7. Able to planning, scheduling, generate, update daily output reports and line quality improvement.

  8. Maintain a safe working environment to the line leader and operators.

  9. To ensure 0 rejection from production output.

  10. To update scrap records.

  11. Work closely with the other department to ensure smooth execution of daily production.

  12. To drive team to meet daily production to meet daily production schedule and encounter problem during process include quality, materials and equipment.

  13. Ensure good 5S and Safety at production area.

  14. To ensure MES system data accuracy and analysis data input.

  15. Prepare production weekly report.
