Sr. Consultant

Job description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage client projects, ensuring successful delivery of consultancy services and training programs.

· Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to clients and senior management.

· Analyze client requirements, identify challenges, and develop tailored solutions.

· Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing expertise and ensuring the quality of project outcomes.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of projects.

· Provide strategic advice on business challenges, operational improvements, and capacity building.

· Conduct workshops, training sessions, and seminars for clients to enhance their skills and knowledge.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term engagement.

· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative solutions to clients.

· Perform other related duties as assigned by Senior Project Manager

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

· A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability or any related field.

· At least 5-7 years of experience in project consultancy and training, with a proven track record of leading client projects.

· Strong experience in preparing and delivering presentations, reports, and training materials.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.

· Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1.00 - RM2.00 per month
