Workshop Supervisor

About Us:

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on and experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations. Currently the company has total of 8 branches over Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily workshop activities, including vehicle servicing and repairs.
• Lead and motivate a team of mechanics and technicians. (est. 10pax-20pax under your care)
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before and after service to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety, and equipment.
• Manage inventory and ensure availability of necessary parts and tools.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in an automotive workshop.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Language required: Bahasa Malaysia, English / Chinese

Note: Formal qualifications are not required. Practical experience and skills are highly valued.
