Job Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and improve the effectiveness of Contract Manufacturer (CM)'s quality management system;

  • Participate in quality planning, process audit, and sample approval during New Product Introduction (NPI);

  • Lead process audits, final product inspection, and capability studies (e.g., CPK analysis);

  • Support CM in root cause analysis of quality issues (e.g., 8D reports) and ensure effective

implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate quality communication between internal teams and CM, including specifications, inspection criteria, and change control.

  • Provide training to CM's quality personnel to improve their quality awareness and competency.

  • Support customer or third-party audits conducted at the CM site.

  • Manage quality documentation and records to ensure compliance with ISO/IATF requirements.

  • Participate in handling major quality issues and perform risk assessments to ensure mass production stability.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve raw material issues raised by the CM, ensuring uninterrupted production.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics, Materials, or related engineering fields.

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in quality engineering or quality management; experience in managing Contract Manufacturers (CM) is preferred.

  • Familiar with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality management systems and core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).

  • Proficient in quality issue analysis methods such as 8D reports, 5Why, and fishbone diagrams.

  • Skilled in using office software and quality analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab).

  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration experience preferred.

  • Language requirement: proficient in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin and English.

  • Willing to travel and flexible with work locations; must hold a valid driver's license and be able to drive independently to CM sites.
