Job Summary

The PMC Executive / Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating all supply chain activities including purchasing, material planning, inventory control, logistics, and supplier management. This role ensures timely availability of materials, optimal inventory levels, and smooth flow of goods to support production and customer delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor material flow from suppliers to production and customers.
• Manage procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize excess and obsolescence.
• Review and analyze demand forecasts and production schedules to plan material requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve supply or material issues.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, ISO standards ISO 9001,AS9100 and ISO 13485, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and present supply chain performance reports (e.g., delivery performance, inventory turnover).
• Lead, train, and supervise supply chain team members (for Supervisor role).
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance supply chain efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Lead the team solve / mitigate material shortage, and regularly have meetings with suppliers, customers etc.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment (electronics or medical device preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and inventory management practices.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments.
• Leadership and people management experience (for Supervisor role).
