Job Descriptions

Pertaining to Clients

  • Establish rapport and good relationship
  • Ensure follow up with all clients after treatment or after sales
  • To give professional beauty care advice and product advise to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service with professional touch
  • Compile relevant monthly reports related to client follow up
  • Provide in-depth explanation to clients regarding treatments / procedures with the objective of closing sales
  • Advise clients on necessary aftercare
  • Always response customer call / message as soon as possible

Pertaining to Clinic

  • Perform housekeeping duties and maintain cleanliness of clinic
  • Assist in frontline duties i.e. registering clients, appointment making, reception, billing etc. when required.
  • Assist doctors with procedures when required
  • Comply with workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization and that emphasizes the identified mission, vision, guiding principles, and values of the organization
  • Maintain good teamwork and unity among all work colleagues
  • Assist branch manager with the preparation and maintenance of necessary reports
  • Ensure daily task is completed. E.g; daily dispensary, treatment note, patient file updated, follow up
  • Extent of reliability to complete tasks and follow branch manager instruction
  • Sharing & discuss ideas with your colleague or branch manager to get better achievement.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc task provided by Manager.
