Duties & Responsibilities

• Administer and manage
  Microsoft 365 services
  (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune) to support daily business operations and endpoint management.
• Manage and monitor
  Microsoft Azure infrastructure
  , including virtual machines, networking, VPN, NSGs, backups, and security policies.
• Support the implementation and enforcement of
  IT policies, compliance standards, and cybersecurity controls
  .
• Manage and maintain the company's
  network infrastructure
  , including Fortinet firewalls, VPN tunnels, VLANs, and load balancers.
• Provide
  Level 2 technical support
  for escalated IT issues, guiding and assisting the Level 1 IT support team.
• Maintain and improve
  endpoint security posture
  , covering EDR, antivirus, vulnerability management, and patch compliance.
• Assist in
  IT projects, system migrations, and employee lifecycle processes
  (onboarding and offboarding).
• Prepare and maintain
  IT documentation, SOPs, and technical configurations
  for internal reference and compliance audits.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a
  Bachelor's Degree
  in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of
  2 years' relevant working experience
  in IT development and operations.
• Hands-on experience
  in administering Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related security configurations).
• Solid understanding of
  IT infrastructure, system security, and user support
  within small to mid-sized organizations.
• Strong
  problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
  .
• Ability to work both
  independently and collaboratively
  in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Working Location: Headquarters – Hua Yang Berhad.
