Job Description:

  • Evaluate and prepare progress payment to subcontractors.
  • Prepare final measurement including update measurement with variations form time to time.
  • Prepare progress payment claim and variation orders.
  • Prepare progress report, material schedule and budget.
  • Prepare payment certificates.
  • Verify materials requisition.
  • Monitor material requisition for the up-to-date work progress.
  • Review quotations submitted by subcontractors.
  • Attend regular progress meetings.
  • Assist the Contract Manager in preparing tendering.
  • Verify subcontractor claims.
  • Prepare and submit progress payment, V.O., and claims.
  • Prepare Final Accounts.
  • Specific responsibilities as outlined in the company's ISO 9001 : 2015 procedures.
  • Others work as requested by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Sabah (Road Infra Project)
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in costing and estimating of all kinds of building and civil works, including design and build arrangements will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in related field.
  • Willing to work in Ranau, Sabah.
