Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Damansara for a Tour Consultant. The Tour Consultant will handle travel consulting and arrange itineraries, guided tours, and custom-tailored travel packages. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with travel options, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure unparalleled travel experiences. Administrative and coordination duties may also be part of the role, ensuring quality delivery of services.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Consulting, and familiarity with Travel & Tourism industry trends
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address client needs effectively
• Ability to plan, organize, and facilitate Guided Tours
• Proficiency in managing bookings, creating tailored itineraries, and resolving travel-related inquiries
• Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive, service-focused mindset
• Multilingual skills are a plus
• Relevant experience in the travel industry or a Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism or a related field preferred
