Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Content Creator located in Subang Jaya/Petaling Jaya, with flexibility for some remote work. The individual will create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms to boost the online presence of TWINS Education. The role includes tasks such as designing posts, writing captions, engaging with the online community, monitoring performance metrics, and researching current social media trends to refine strategies. Collaboration with the marketing team to align content with the organization's branding and objectives is also expected.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Strategy, Content Creation, and Platform Management
  • Graphic Design and Video Editing skills, including familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalents
  • Knowledge of Social Media Analytics, Trend Analysis, and Online Engagement practices
  • Strong Written and Visual Storytelling abilities, with attention to detail in proofreading and editing
  • Experience with scheduling tools and managing social media accounts for businesses
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with followers
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid setup
  • Familiarity with education or academic services is an advantage
