About the role

BW Perunding Sdn Bhd is seeking experienced Engineers to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our engineering projects, contributing to the company's strategic objectives. This is a full-time position based in our Kuala Lumpur office.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement engineering solutions
  • Conducting technical analyses, feasibility studies and cost estimates to support project planning and decision-making
  • Ensuring projects adhere to relevant industry standards, regulations and safety protocols
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and innovation
  • Preparing comprehensive project documentation, reports and presentations
  • Participating in client meetings and stakeholder engagement activities

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM). Holders of a Professional Engineer with Practising Certificate (PEPC) are especially welcomed.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in water engineering project
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software, tools and technologies and knowledge of design software including Autocad
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
