Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized personnel to join our team In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with peers, addressing client inquiries with professionalism and empathy, and maintaining positive relationships with government personnel and business associates to uphold a high standard of service. You will also ensure that the clinic complies with all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.

Great teamwork with peers to maintain high service standards.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and empathetically.

Maintain positive relationships with government personnel and business associates.

Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and Hokkien is required. Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Preferably entry-level candidates with a background in Healthcare, Nursing, or Medical Support.
