QRQC Management & Cost Improvement
- Lead weekly QRQC meetings to identify, analyze, and resolve quality and operational issues.
- Ensure 100% follow-up and closure of all action items ("Every task has an owner, every issue has a result").
- Drive cross-department improvement projects with quantified ROI and cost-reduction impact.
- Maintain the company's Problem–Action–Standard database for knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Sales & Business Development
- Collaborate with the Sales Executive to grow cash sales and SME customer segments.
- Support the COO in developing pricing strategies and customer portfolio diversification.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Strengthen brand positioning as"The Preferred Eco-Friendly Concrete Partner."
SOP Standardization & Digital Transformation
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production, logistics, maintenance, and sales.
- Integrate digital platforms (e.g., MOMS / IoT) for real-time monitoring and cost analysis.
- Conduct quarterly SOP audits (≤ 10% deviation) and embed results into department KPI reviews.
- Promote IMS, 5S, and Lean principles to build a digital and efficient operation environment.
Leadership & Culture Development
- Lead cross-functional teams (Operations, QAQC, Finance, Sales) to achieve aligned objectives.
- Facilitate daily huddles, weekly QRQC reviews, and monthly TPM reports to establish discipline and communication rhythm.
- Support the CEO in building a results-driven, collaborative, and improvement-oriented culture.
