  • Conduct quarterly SOP audits (≤ 10% deviation) and embed results into department KPI reviews.
  • Promote IMS, 5S, and Lean principles to build a digital and efficient operation environment.

Leadership & Culture Development
  • Lead cross-functional teams (Operations, QAQC, Finance, Sales) to achieve aligned objectives.
  • Facilitate daily huddles, weekly QRQC reviews, and monthly TPM reports to establish discipline and communication rhythm.
