Position:
Internship – Graphic Design
The intern will support the cooperative's marketing and sublimation production team by creating visual materials, apparel designs, and branding content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create posters, banners, brochures, and social media content for KOWADI.
- Design sublimation apparel such as jerseys, event shirts, school uniforms, and corporate tees.
- Prepare artwork, mockups, and print-ready files for customers.
- Organize and manage design files (AI/PSD/PNG) in project folders.
- Maintain and apply KOWADI's brand guidelines, colors, and visual assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visual materials for campaigns.
- Assist in sublimation production — printing, pressing, trimming & quality checking (training provided).
- Provide creative ideas to enhance the cooperative's branding and visual identity.
- Assist with simple video editing for promotional content (bonus skill).
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Art & Design, or related fields.
- Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (required).
- Creative, fast learner, and able to work under deadlines.
- Able to work onsite at the KOWADI office.
- Bonus: Experience in jersey/t-shirt design or printing.

- Strong layout & typography skills
- Ability to produce clean, modern, professional designs
- Strong understanding of branding
- Good teamwork & communication skills
