Role Overview:

We're on the lookout for a 
creative Designer-Copywriter

who can bring our brand to life across digital, product, and marketing channels. 

This is a hybrid creative role that blends 
graphic design and copywriting

- perfect for someone who can turn complex financial ideas into visually compelling, easy-to-understand, and high-converting assets. 

You'll create high-quality visual and written content that communicates trust, clarity, and sophistication across all touchpoints — from growth campaigns to investor decks to product education. 

What You'll Do

Content & Creative Production

  • Design visual and written assets for the website, landing pages, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Create marketing materials such as pitch decks, brochures, infographics, and investor presentations.
  • Write clear, concise, and compliant copy that communicates Arki's investment products and brand story.
  • Produce reusable, brand-aligned templates in Figma or Canva.
  • Support content creation for founder-led LinkedIn posts, thought leadership, and market insights.

Campaign Support

  • Collaborate with the Growth team to turn briefs into engaging, conversion-focused creative.
  • Design visuals and messaging for acquisition campaigns, webinars, product launches, and referral programs.
  • Adapt content across formats - static graphics, short-form video scripts, diagrams, and storyboards.

Brand & Visual Identity

  • Maintain consistency across all creative work in line with Arki's brand guidelines (tone, typography, colour palette).
  • Help evolve and refine Arki's visual identity as the brand grows.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the CEO, Growth Lead, and Product team to deliver fast iterations.
  • Manage timelines, file structure, and streamline revision process.
  • Deliver drafts and final outputs within agreed timelines and feedback loops.

About You:

  • Strong design skills using tools like Figma, Illustrator, Canva (or equivalents).
  • Excellent copywriting skills - both short-form and long-form.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into clear, engaging visuals and messaging.
  • Experience crafting brand stories and performance-focused creative assets.
  • Deep understanding of design principles: layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and design systems.
  • Bonus: Previous experience in fintech, startups, or regulated industries.
