Job Scope / Responsibilities:
- Handle daily sea freight import and export operations.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, forwarders, and transporters for booking, collection, and delivery arrangements.
- Prepare and check shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, Form)
- Monitor vessel schedules and update shipment status to clients.
- Liaise with Customs and port authorities for clearance matters.
- Ensure timely submission of documents and smooth shipment movement.
- Handle D&D, storage, and other operational issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and reports.
Requirements:
-Atleast 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
