About the Role

We are looking for a Specialist, Enterprise Activation to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This role is responsible for supporting enterprise credit and activation operations, ensuring smooth and timely processing of applications, and maintaining accuracy and compliance across all activation processes.

You will be part of a dynamic environment that values precision, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities
  • Process and evaluate individual and corporate credit applications while ensuring fraud prevention.
  • Manage corporate credit approvals, device activations, and related reporting.
  • Review and approve Customer Individual (CI) and Customer Corporate (CC) applications within the 4-hour SLA.
  • Handle partner activation emails and daily MNP Port-In reports.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, raise waivers, and coordinate with IT and support teams for resolution.
  • Liaise with Account Managers, the Enterprise Activation Team (EAT), and manage VIP line requests.
  • Prepare monthly rebate reports and monitor aging accounts to ensure timely follow-up.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • High attention to detail with fast and accurate data entry skills.
  • Integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and KPIs consistently.
