This role focuses on providing advanced technical support and consultation for internal users, managing hotfixes, and coordinating IT solution rollouts and implementations.

Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Provide 2nd/3rd level of functional support & consultation to in-house users, as well as coordinate on hotfix activities.
  • Support & coordinate to the IT solution rollout /implementation.
  • Involved in IT solution development especially in labelling solution using java script / java Rhino, testing & release as well as documentation preparation.
  • Participate in project as project member to support project work packages and deliveries.
  • Support change requests and demands.
  • Work closely with service providers to close operation gaps.

Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Bachelor Degree of Computer Science/ Software Engineering/ Information Technology or any relevant equivalent field.
  • Have at least 1 to 2 years relevance experience, fresh graduate with good academic result are encourage to apply.
  • Basic knowledge on development and database.
  • Strong at logical thinking, and problem solving skills, with the ability prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Good communication skill and team work.
  • Strong knowledge on AI / ML, SCM knowledge, Oracle PL/SQL, will be advantage.

Note: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
