About the Role -

Looking for detail-oriented and responsible Mandarin-speaking Content Moderators to ensure a safe and positive environment for users on a global digital platform. You will review, analyze, and moderate user-generated content according to established guidelines and community standards.

This role requires strong attention to detail, emotional resilience, and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Review and moderate a variety of online content (text, images, videos, profiles).

Ensure content complies with platform rules, policies, and legal guidelines.

Identify and escalate potential risks or violations to the relevant team.

Maintain high accuracy and consistency in decision-making.

Deliver timely and quality-focused support to meet productivity targets.

Collaborate with team leads and trainers to improve process efficiency.

Requirements

Mandarin Speaker (excellent reading, writing & comprehension required).

Fresh graduates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Alternatively: Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation.

Education: Diploma or above (any field).

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Flexibility to work on 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
