Job Description:

● Implementation of 5s in the workplace.

● Responsible for monthly report/KPI

● Train and guide inspectors for an appropriate test measurement procedure

● Ensure all equipments / gauges are properly maintained and calibrated at all times

5) Conducting GRR & correlation studies to qualify equipment conversion, as well as evaluate measurement / inspection

● Creatively design and propose innovative checking methods to combine or reduce checking step yet acquire accurate results based on product checking requirement.

● Refine existing checking process and method by aiming to reduce overall checking time.

● Develop and drive qualification of new measurement system, methods, fixtures and equipment

● Redesigns or adjusts measurement capability to minimize errors or correlation factors

● Maintain master calibration list in QMS are up to date

● Review and approve calibration records supplied by calibration vendors to ensure it remains within acceptable tolerances

● Handle user request and project demand on equipment to fulfil the checking requirement based on product.

● Prepare daily equipment check list and follow the schedule to conduct necessary work

● Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve measurement system issues.

● Any other tasks deemed necessary and assigned by superior

● Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, customer requirements & management system e.g: OSHA, EQA, ATOMIC, ISO's, RBA.

Job Requirements:

● Degree or certificate in related fields

● At least 5 years related experience

● Work Instruction Proficiency

● Familiar with Capability analysis reports

● Strong knowledge in GD&T (Geometrical, Dimensioning and Tolerance)

● Strong knowledge and ability to create program for dimensional measurements

● Knowledge of SPC software (Minitab)

● Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Power Point

● A sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the company's success.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
