In this full-time position, you will play a key role in supporting the company's HR initiatives and contributing to the overall growth and success of the Group.

What you'll be doing

  1. Take charge in the recruitment of the business units within the Group.
  2. Assist in employee records and maintain HR databases
  3. Assist in process payroll, benefits, and leave requests
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  5. Provide HR support and guidance to employees
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related matters
  7. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in recruitments.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  5. Proficient in HR software and data management
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Passion for contributing to the growth and development of an organisation
