Description

We are seeking an intern to join our Engineering & Maintenance team at PRPC Utilities And Facilities Sdn. Bhd. in Pengerang. The intern will gain valuable experience and assist our staff with daily maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

As an intern in our Engineering & Maintenance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team's daily operations. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment, gaining hands-on experience in maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and damage analysis. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our maintenance processes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist staff with daily maintenance activities on-site.
  • Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Aid in damage analysis and root cause failure analysis (RCFA) processes.
  • Help prepare maintenance reports and ensure their accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in creating slide presentations to document and communicate maintenance activities.
  • Support staff in tracking daily maintenance tasks for improved planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Assist in data collection and analysis for maintenance-related projects.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in maintenance operations and a willingness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance practices and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
