About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team at MEGA AEROSPACE CENTRE SDN. BHD. in Tuaran, Sabah. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic HR initiatives of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting with the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires
  2. Providing HR administrative support, such as managing employee records, processing payroll, and maintaining HR policies and procedures
  3. Collaborating with department managers to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns
  4. Organising and delivering HR-related training and development programmes for employees
  5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  6. Providing advice and guidance to employees on HR-related matters
  7. Assisting with the implementation of HR initiatives and projects

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing industry
  2. Strong knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Proficient in HR-related software and systems
  6. Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
