Job Description

  • Provide professional medical consultation and healthcare advice to all customers.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships with patients and community members.
  • Manage and oversee daily outlet operations in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  • Lead and motivate outlet staff to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive team environment.
  • Provide training, guidance, and professional mentorship to subordinates.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, product knowledge, and the latest pharmacological research.
  • Handle inventory management, including ordering, stock control, and near-expiry monitoring.
  • Actively promote the pharmacy through marketing initiatives — including community engagement, seasonal health campaigns, and customer loyalty programs.
  • Plan and execute social media marketing activities, such as product highlights, health tips, and promotions to increase brand awareness and customer traffic.
  • Host social media live sessions (e.g., Facebook Live, TikTok Live, Instagram Live) to engage with the public by sharing healthcare insights, promoting new products, or discussing health-related topics in an interactive and approachable way.
  • Collaborate with management on creative marketing ideas to increase walk-in traffic and online visibility.
  • Analyze customer feedback and sales data to develop improvement strategies for business growth.
  • Participate in company and community events to strengthen brand presence.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Retail or non-retail experience is welcome; marketing-inclined pharmacists are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Passionate about healthcare and customer engagement.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of the camera and engaging with audiences through live streaming or social media content.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and proactive in initiating marketing or outreach ideas.
  • Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
  • Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays when needed.
  • Willing to participate in company activities and marketing events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
