Inhouse Security

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular patrols around the factory, office buildings, dormitories, and other areas to ensure the safety of company property and personnel;
2. Enforce access control procedures, verify and register all incoming visitors and vehicles, and prevent unauthorized access;
3. Monitor employee entry and exit, assist in managing attendance and special access passes;
4. Inspect fire safety equipment, emergency exits, and safety pathways, and report any safety hazards in a timely manner;
5. Respond to emergencies such as theft, fights, fires, or conflicts among employees, and report incidents to the supervisor;
6. Assist with on-site security during major events, guest visits, and night shifts;
7. Properly maintain security tools such as surveillance equipment and patrol devices, and complete patrol records accurately;
8. Perform other security-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification;
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in security is preferred;
• Physically fit, disciplined, and responsible;
• Familiar with basic security procedures and emergency response;
• Able to work on shifts, including night duty;
• Possession of a valid Security Guard License or previous military/police experience is an added advantage.
