About the role
INETWORK2U (M) SDN BHD' is seeking an experienced Admin Clerk to join our team in Klang, Selangor. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting our administrative operations.
What you'll be doing
- Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and efficient manner
- Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of office supplies and equipment
- Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, and making travel arrangements as needed
- Performing other administrative tasks as assigned to support the smooth running of the office
What we're looking for
- At least 1 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
