A) Duties & Responsibilities (Regularly Performed Duties)

  1. Greeting customers with a warm smile while offering excellent customer service

  2. Practice and deliver good showmanship service whilst preparing orders.

  3. Sing the song and create a happy atmosphere to make customers feel good and happy and leaves the outlet with a huge smile on their faces.

  4. Cleaning in accordance to our company's standards such as: sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning walls, tables, counters, and service equipment. Cleaning the customer service area, removing trash, Assisting new crew members in learning their new job skills.

  5. Deliveries; receiving stocks, checking and updating inventories.

  6. Checking stock of products and insuring proper stock levels and rotation.

  7. Checking equipment to ensure that it is in proper working order, ensuring proper usage of equipment.

  8. Backing up other crew members in their jobs, assist in any area to ensure that the orders are being created and delivered to customer in a timely manner.

  9. To also operate Front Counter Pos system and deliver excellent customer service.

  10. Practice and deliver good showmanship service whilst preparing orders.

  11. Sing the song and create a happy atmosphere to make customers feel good and happy and leave the outlet with a huge smile on their faces.

  12. Crew members should be proficient in more than one area of responsibility and be well adapted to areas of work.

  13. Any other task that will be allocated by the Outlet Manager and/or an Exec that is appointed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
