We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP O2C Consultant with strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA (SD) to lead end-to-end functional solution design, configuration, and deployment across enterprise-level implementations. The ideal professional will be well-versed in O2C business processes, particularly in areas such as Intercompany Billing, Pricing, Master Data management, and system integrations. This role requires strong functional leadership, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to work effectively with global and offshore counterparts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, configuration, and rollout of SAP S/4HANA SD solutions supporting Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Conduct functional discussions and requirement-gathering workshops to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Manage core solution components including:
  • Intercompany Billing setups
  • Pricing design and configuration
  • Business Partner (Customer) Master Data management
  • API-driven system interactions and integration points
  • Ensure seamless integration with related modules and external platforms.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications and collaborate closely with development and technical teams.
  • Guide and support multiple testing cycles including SIT and UAT, defect resolution, and launch activities.
  • Support system transition plans, go-live readiness, and post-deployment stabilization.
  • Work closely with geographically distributed stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Provide domain expertise and ensure consistent application of SAP best practices across initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP O2C / S/4HANA SD covering full lifecycle implementations.
  • Strong expertise in: Intercompany Billing, Pricing and condition techniques, Customer Business Partner master data, mapping, and data flows API and integration within the O2C domain
  • Proven experience leading functional design and deployments across global or multi-region projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
  • Experience collaborating with offshore delivery teams and managing cross-team deliverables.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities.
