Be the creative force behind the visual identity of our Michelin Lifestyle product line and other automotive products. As a Video Editor cum Graphic Designer at Tayarlo, you'll play a key role in shaping how our lifestyle products are seen across top digital marketplaces and social media. You'll help turn ideas into eye-catching content that drives real engagement.

This role goes beyond design — you'll turn concepts into powerful visuals, campaigns, and content through photo and video production. From brainstorming to execution, you'll own the visual language of our lifestyle brand, working with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life on high-traffic platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Visual Development

• Create compelling visual content that supports Tayarlo's brand positioning and product storytelling.
• Maintain consistency with the company's visual identity across all platforms and materials.
• Develop visual assets for brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
• Assist in the evolution of the Michelin Lifestyle visual identity and design templates.

Digital, Social Media & Campaign Design

• Design creative assets for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, RedBook, and other platforms.
• Create engaging digital visuals such as animations, GIFs, carousels, and video thumbnails.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to align messaging, aesthetics, and storytelling.
• Translate marketing ideas into high-impact visuals for key campaigns (e.g., 11.11, festive sales).
• Develop visuals for limited-time promotions, vouchers, and seasonal marketing pushes.

Marketplace & E-Commerce Visuals

• Design homepage banners, storefront layouts, category thumbnails, and promo graphics for platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Create product display visuals that enhance visibility and encourage conversions.
• Ensure compliance with platform specifications and keep designs optimized for mobile-first experience.
• Update banners and assets based on seasonal campaigns or product changes in collaboration with the E-Commerce team.

Print & Offline Marketing Design

• Design offline marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, buntings, and packaging labels.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and liaise with vendors to ensure accurate, high-quality production.
• Support occasional in-store, event or learning visuals as needed.

Website & Digital Experience Support

• Assist in designing sliders, product icons, and web banners for Tayarlo's online presence.
• Work with web and e-commerce teams to maintain a visually appealing and user-friendly experience.
• Keep visual content updated for campaign launches, new arrivals, or promotional changes.

Cross-Team Support

• Work with the Marketing to transform raw photo/video content into polished marketplace and campaign visuals.
• Support HR and E-Commerce teams with design needs (e.g. hiring posts, platform updates).
• Participate in brainstorms and creative reviews.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, Capcut, andother editing related tools
• Able to shoot and edit short-form video content is compulsory.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Portfolio that demonstrates clean, conversion-focused design for products or digital retail.
• Multilingual proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is preferred, as content will be created in all three languages.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines and juggle multiple tasks.
