About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Invoicing Clerk to join our team at Advance Lube Enterprise Sdn Bhd in Kempas, Johor. This full-time position will play a crucial role in our administrative operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to our valued customers.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare and process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaise with customers to resolve any billing inquiries or discrepancies
- Maintain detailed records of all invoicing activities
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure invoices are properly recorded and reconciled
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth running of the business
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in an invoicing or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail to ensure accurate invoice processing
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
- A customer-focused approach and a commitment to providing high-quality service
