Job Descriptions:

a. Lead the design and production of creative assets for marketing and corporate communication, including brochures, advertisements, social media visuals, EDMs, billboards, and event collaterals.

b. Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all projects, campaigns, and platforms.

c. Conceptualize and design creative materials for property launches, sales galleries, exhibitions, and events.

d. Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Project teams to translate business objectives into engaging visual communications.

e. Oversee photography, videography, and 3D rendering layouts to ensure high-quality presentation for property development projects.

f. Ensure all marketing and promotional materials align with industry standards, market positioning, and brand guidelines.

g. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and direction to maintain design quality.

h. Collaborate with external vendors, printing houses, and creative agencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of materials.

i. Stay updated with design trends, property industry marketing styles, and digital innovations to enhance creativity and effectiveness.

j. Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, analysis and related duties as and when necessary, as supervisor/Company management instructed.

k. Performs other duties, assignments, obligations, etc., as may be assigned by the Company that fits your skills and experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in property development, construction, or real estate marketing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools.
  • Experience in handling large-scale property collaterals such as brochures, signages, hoardings, and sales gallery designs.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing creatives (social media, web banners, EDMs).
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with excellent visual storytelling and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
