We are a leading fertility centre dedicated to helping patients achieve their dream of parenthood through compassionate care and advanced medical technology. We are seeking a dedicated and professional Staff Nurse to join our team and provide exceptional care to our patients in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to restore and promote patient's health by completing the nursing process.
  • Establish rapport with patients to identify their care requirements and provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support.
  • Adhere to therapeutic and regulatory standards to ensure high-quality care.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following infection-control policies and protocols.
  • Assist with clinical procedures including blood taking, operation theatre preparation, day ward management, and other nursing interventions.
  • Perform medication dispensing with zero error and ensure adequate supply of medication and consumables.
  • Conduct complete patient history taking.
  • Attend to patients promptly to minimize waiting times.
  • Support administrative duties including appointment scheduling, arranging laboratory services, hospital admissions, billing, and insurance claims.
  • Assist at the front desk or cashier counter when required.
  • Manage clinic inventory, monitor stock levels
  • Ensure hand hygiene practices and complete annual hand hygiene certification.
  • Participate in continuous medical education (CME) and training to maintain professional competence.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Nursing.
  • Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
  • At least 1–2 years of nursing experience (experience in fertility, O&G, or women's health is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good time management and organizational skills.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced and patient-focused environment.
